A high-impact structural renovation following a complete site 'rip-out', featuring a bespoke 9-metre pergola walkway and maintenance-free social zones.

ARCHITECTURAL HARDSCAPING

  • The ModBlox Framework: Construction of a bespoke Cube Walkway (2m x 9m x 1.8m) utilizing the ModBlox system, featuring a slatted privacy roof and sides to provide a sense of journey.
  • Precision Sandstone: 24.84m² of Raj Green Indian Sandstone (600x600x22mm) laid flawlessly. The engineering hides all utilities, including a recessed maintenance hole cover and rainwater gully.
  • Timber Architecture: Perimeter secured with 1.8m pressure-treated double-slatted trellis panels, alongside a 2.8m raised planter constructed from heavy-duty sleepers.

HORTICULTURE & BESPOKE FEATURES

  • High-Performance Lawn: Excavation to 150mm, backfilled with compacted hardcore and sand. Installation of a heavy-duty weed membrane topped with 40mm Preston Artificial Grass for a flawless, zero-maintenance finish.
  • The Cinematic Tunnel: Integrated festoon lighting and lanterns routed through the ModBlox structure, transforming the walkway into a glowing corridor after dark.
