A comprehensive £20k front and rear estate renovation delivering a highly structured, low-maintenance contemporary courtyard and an elegant, high-curb-appeal entrance.

ARCHITECTURAL HARDSCAPING

  • Sub-Base & Groundworks: Extensive site preparation including the extraction of existing patios, utilizing professional wacker plate compaction over a 150mm MOT sub-base.
  • Precision Paving: 27.3m² of Kandla Grey Honed Paving (900x600mm) laid in a precise rectangle stretcher bond. Every slab is secured with a priming slurry and finished with a light grey resin weed-resistant grout. Bordered by 1.8m² of Lugano Clay Pavers.
  • Bespoke Brick Architecture: Construction of a 3.18m structural brick wall with 40cm footings. The masonry is seamlessly finished with Kandla Grey Sandstone Cladding and Kandla Grey Porcelain Pencil Round Coping stones (600x300x5mm).

HORTICULTURE & BESPOKE FEATURES

  • Horticultural Engineering: A front garden planting scheme anchored by Phyllostachys nigra (Black Bamboo) to create a stunning entrance, layered with Hydrangea petiolaris, Salvia 'Amistad', white roses, and structured Euonymus hedging. Retained flawlessly by VEVOR Metal Landscape Edging.
  • Sleeper Architecture: Construction of robust railway sleeper raised beds, fully lined for drainage and enriched with 1200L of premium Tree & Shrub Planting Compost.
  • The Nocturnal Sanctuary: Integration of a 10m² artificial living plant wall and a 20-metre connectable festoon string lighting system, meticulously hooked to curate the evening aesthetic.
